This role serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, nursing staff, patients, and foodservice personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies. Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of foodservice management experience in healthcare or institutional settings. Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and patient meal service operations. ServSafe Manager Certification (required within 90 days of hire if not already obtained).
