Your Impact, With Us
As our valued Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist), you’ll provide warm, professional, and efficient administrative support across our busy Wesley Hospital in Auchenflower.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping ensure their experience is smooth, respectful, and informed making a meaningful difference from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare or aged care
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support patients sensitively
  • Confidence in billing/receipting medical accounts (Medicare and DVA experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
