We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Patient Services Officer (PSO) to join our busy Berwick clinic in a full-time capacity. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to improving cardiovascular health across Australia.
In this key front-line role, you’ll support patients and clinicians through outstanding administrative service, appointment management, billing, and coordination – ensuring every patient experience is a positive one.
This position reports to the Practice Manager and works closely with a supportive, vibrant team focused on exceptional service and patient care.
What You’ll Bring

Responsibilities
  • Previous experience delivering excellent patient/customer service, ideally in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Confident communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Experience with medical billing, Medicare and DVA processes
  • A professional phone manner and the ability to manage high-volume patient interactions
  • Flexibility to travel to our Mulgrave and Lilydale clinics as required
