The Patient Services

Officer will be mature and proactive with exceptional customer service and communication skills and a can-do attitude. The position will require the Patient Services Officer to possess empathy and discreet judgement and will have the ability to multi task and work without supervision. This is for a casual role only.

Your main duties will include:

Greeting and admitting patients for a day or overnight hospital stay Documentation preparation for incoming admissions Communicating with patients, visitors, families, staff and health professionals in person and in writing.

Providing accurate, timely data service to support incoming patient admissions. About you Well-developed clerical skills integrated with highly developed interpersonal skills.
