Key Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinating appointments, managing bookings and responding to client enquiries.
- Managing medical results and supporting the smooth flow of clients through the clinic.
- Processing invoicing and assisting with day-to-day clinic administration.
- Administering health questionnaires and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and confidentially.
- Conducting a range of occupational health screening assessments, including audiometry, spirometry and drug and alcohol testing (training provided where required).
- Collecting and processing pathology specimens in accordance with established procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining medical equipment and screening areas to ensure they are clean, stocked and ready for use.
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service and support positive health outcomes for our clients.
