Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
  • Provide professional and efficient reception services for patients and visitors.
  • Handle switchboard operations and public address system tasks.
  • Assist in the creation, storage, and disposal of medical records with confidentiality.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support the training of new staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and data audits.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to WHS guidelines.
