As a Patient Services Officer you will be responsible for providing a courteous, effective and efficient patient support services. This includes obtaining the required medical records; running i.PM reports, maintain information for electronic whiteboard, patient transport bookings, handling telephone inquiries, providing general clerical support for the clinical team as requested.
