Responsibilities The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience posting payments and charge entry. Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required. Patient record documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
