As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and efficient experience at our clinics. About the Role As a PSR, you’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and support clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and warmth. Schedule and manage patient appointments, including follow-up visits. Verify insurance eligibility and guide patients through financial assistance options. Assist patients with registration, forms, and use of the patient portal. Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records. Maintain and update patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Experience with scheduling, insurance, or medical office work preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills.
