Brault is a practice management, billing and coding company exclusively serving acute care independent physician practices. Privately-held and family-owned business founded in 1990. With minimal supervision, the Patient Services Representative (PSR) will manage calls from patients, insurance representatives and attorneys. The position will be responsible for verifying patient's eligibility, updating patient demographics and insurance information, researching patient out-of-pocket responsibility and working accounts in compliance with billing guidelines. If necessary, the PSR will call patients. Requirements High School Graduate Proven experience working in a high volume Call Center Bi-lingual Spanish, a plus Medical experience, a plus
