Qualifications Include: * Excellent customer / patient service * Knowledge of medical terminology * Working knowledge of computer programs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understand/Perform training on practice management software * Continue to expand knowledge of practice management software as updates occur * Follow all Standard Operating Procedures * Minimum Qualifications * High School diploma or GED Preferred Experience: * At least one year of medical office experience * 1+ year using an EMR with ModMed experience preferred * Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail * Bilingual a plus * Basic phone handling skills - Contact Center experience * Basic knowledge of insurance plans and the specialty referral process About OrthoArizona: Dedicated to serving the Greater Phoenix community since 1994, OrthoArizona is the largest and most accomplished physician-owned orthopedic and musculoskeletal care group in Arizona. Responsibilities

Key duties involve promptly answering and routing phone calls, creating necessary phone notes in the electronic medical record, and assisting with indexing patient documents and routing electronic faxes. The representative will also support other administrative tasks as needed during downtime.
