Shift and status Full time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Job Summary Organizes day-to-day clerical function in the delivery of quality health care services through the utilization of standard work. Provides functional guidance to clerical team members. Essential Functions Oversees development and delivery of functional training to clerical staff using standard work. Responsible for auditing and developing action plans for process improvement. Schedules complex incoming/outgoing referrals, complex surgeries and in-office procedures, tests, including medical record review of incoming referrals. Performs tracking and trending collaborative review/audits within department/practice. Serves as a subject matter expert/resource to the department/practice. Possesses the ability to perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate and Intermediate roles when necessary. Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis. Performs other duties as assigned.
