SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS: Must have a College Degree Must be professional, ethical, and have a patient-centric attitude Must be results oriented and pay strong attention to detail Must be well organized and computer literate Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience Must be a true team player with great communication skills Must be able to advocate our brands well English speaker, Bilingual is a plus! Ability to maintain excellence attendance Must be flexible as our work schedules vary!
