Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls including scheduling, cancellations, and general patient inquiries. Support patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism. Assist with medical records, scanning, and document organization. Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient information in EMR systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations. Verify insurance and understand HMO processes, ensuring patients are directed appropriately. Uphold HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality. Utilize NextGen or similar EMR platforms when needed. Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and internal teams.
