POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team at our Hyde Park and Beverly locations. This role is vital to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The PSR is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, assisting with the check-out process, and supporting day-to-day front office operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner Check in patients and address any individual needs or concerns Verify and collect insurance information, co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records Cross-trained to assist with medical assistant duties as needed Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ CRITICAL SKILLS High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment Patient-focused with the ability to work independently Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday TRAVEL: Local travel is required to locations within your assigned geographic region. This role will be assigned to cover a geographic region however you may be required to occasionally travel outside of your assigned regional area to support other regional coverage needs of the organization. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel as assigned.
