We serve York County and neighboring communities through provision of fully integrated medical, dental and behavioral health care. The Patient Services Representative works collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to support the delivery of comprehensive primary care within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model. This role is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and positive patient experience. Responsibilities include: •    Patient registration and insurance verification  •    Appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out  •    Managing incoming calls and electronic communications  •    Patient account support and administrative duties  •    Scanning documents, running reports, and maintaining accurate records  •    Providing clear explanations of services, programs, and eligibility requirements  We are looking for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Experience & Qualifications •    One year of experience in a medical or dental office is preferred, but not required  •    Strong customer service experience is highly valued  •    High school diploma or equivalent required  •    Excellent communication and phone skills  •    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks  •    Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred •    Experience with electronic medical records preferred; NextGen experience is a plus  We understand that many great healthcare professionals start without prior medical office experience.
