We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to support our busy multi-provider clinic. This role includes front desk check-in/check-out responsibilities as well as call center support. Position Overview The Patient Services Representative is often the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and complete check-in procedures Collect co-pays/deductibles Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system Provide exceptional customer service at all times What We Offer Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
