Description Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative (Check-In/Check-Out) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends Join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to support our busy clinic. This role includes front desk check-in/check-out responsibilities. Position Overview The Patient Services Representative is often the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet patients warmly and complete check-in procedures Collect co-pays/deductibles Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system Provide exceptional customer service at all times. This position is Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!) We offer a comprehensive benefits package with generous paid time off and holidays.
