As one of the largest private group practices in the US, BBS is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our Location! In general, the Patient Services Specialist will: Prepare front office for daily activities. Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct. Collects co-pay if necessary and issues receipt. Notifies physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals. Maintains accurate and timely patient information in Athena One database. Answer telephones and transfers caller to appropriate staff member Help create an extraordinary patient experience!
