Required Qualifications: * Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position. * 1 year customer service experience, or * Successful completion of a Providence internship. Preferred Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Some college. * 1 year Medical office or healthcare experience. * Basic experience with electronic medical records and/or computerized billing systems. * Medical terminology experience.
