Description You're the first face patients see - make it count! At Trillion Health and Hormone, we're on a mission to help patients feel their absolute best. As a Patient Services Specialist, you're the heartbeat of that experience; the warm welcome, the clear explanation, the reassuring voice that guides patients. You'll be the bridge between patients and our clinical team, keeping everything running smoothly while making every person feel seen, heard, and confident in their care decisions. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact - in person. Guide patients through financial conversations, explaining service costs, payment costs, and product/service clarity. Prepare patient documentation, consent forms, financial agreements. Partner with clinical staff so every patient is prepped and ready for their appointment. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while keeping provider schedules optimized. Verify insurance and collect patient demographics accurately and efficiently. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for patient accounts. Help patients navigate their options and feel confident moving forward with their care. You'll Thrive Here If You: Light up a room - you're warm, professional, and people instantly feel at ease around you. Don't shy away from money conversations - you can discuss pricing and payment options with confidence and empathy. Thrive in fast-paced environments and keep your cool when juggling multiple priorities. Are a natural communicator - sharp emails, clear follow-up, organized notes. Pick up software/systems quickly - EHR and billing systems will be second nature in no time.
