About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to support, inspire, and lead our administration team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, be solution-focused, and provide clear guidance and support to staff as needed.
As the Patient Services Team Leader, you will work closely with the Patient Services Manager to coordinate and supervise the daily operations of key hospital administration functions, including bookings, patient services, ward clerks, medical records, and coding. You will also play a key role in onboarding and training new staff, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service across the team.

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and mentor a team of administrative staff
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About you
Well-developed understanding of hospital business processes, procedures
Experience in the management of staff with highly developed IT skills
Demonstrated ability in leading a team in a busy work environment with a focus on meeting prescribed deadlines, and managing interpersonal issues with the team
Currently possess or able to obtain WWVP (Work With Venerable People Card)
