We are looking for people who can work full-time in our busy, fast-paced Patient Services Team. The role is initially focused in our Administration team but will also cross over into our Call Centre teams.
We are looking for:
· Previous call centre experience, preferable, but not essential
· Excellent communication skills – verbally via the telephone or face to face with effective listening and written skills
· Competent with IT – excellent data entry skills
· The ability to follow processes and procedures
· A passion for providing effective and professional customer service
· Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
· Ability and willingness to go that extra mile!
Hours and holidays:
· Full-time = 37.5 hours a week
· 38 days (including 8 bank holidays) annual leave entitlement

Rate of pay: £12.23 per hour, rising to £12.60 once successfully through probation.
