Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their weight loss program journey Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits Educate patients on program offerings, treatment plans, and wellness goals Monitor patient progress and provide motivational support to drive program adherence Manage patient records, documentation, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy Requirements: Prior experience in a healthcare, wellness, or patient-facing coordinator role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Proficiency with scheduling software, EMR systems, or CRM platforms is a plus Empathetic, motivating, and committed to supporting patients through lifestyle changes High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred About Us: Gratitude Weight Loss Honolulu LLC is a dedicated weight loss and wellness practice committed to helping patients achieve sustainable, life-changing results through personalized care and proven programs.
