Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients throughout their journey, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with non-billing-related matters, addressing their needs with care, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, highly organized, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support for non-billing-related inquiries. Assist patients with test status updates, patient portal login issues, questions about testing services, and coordinating redraws for blood samples. Manage inbound calls and live chats to deliver timely and effective assistance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions using Salesforce CRM. Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the patient experience. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard office applications. Empathy and a patient-centered approach to service. Spanish language proficiency a plus. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields is a plus. The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
