Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting patients and families in person and over the phone with kindness and professionalism. Coordinating surgical scheduling, pre-op instructions, and follow-up communication. Verifying insurance coverage, securing pre-authorizations, and explaining patient financial responsibilities. Registering patients and ensuring all documentation, consent forms, and health histories are complete. Maintaining accurate records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Supporting patients and families with questions or concerns, and connecting them to clinical staff when needed. Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to keep daily surgical operations on track. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting (clinic, hospital, surgical center) preferred. Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or patient registration preferred.
