Georgia Urology is hosting a Hiring Event for Patient Support Center Representatives (PSC Reps) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they feel supported, respected, and cared for from the moment they call. If you thrive in a call center environment, enjoy multitasking, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you! A Day in the Life of a PSC Representative: Work in a true call center environment with a business casual/scrub-friendly dress code. Handle 75–110 inbound calls daily, averaging 7–10 minutes per call. Provide top-notch customer care while scheduling patient appointments and procedures. Use multiple platforms simultaneously: NextGen EHR, DASH, Five9, Microsoft Teams, email, etc. Calls are quality-monitored to ensure excellent service. Enjoy a consistent schedule: Mon–Thurs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Receive a 6-week training program with ongoing team support. Take advantage of lunch breaks, two 15-minute breaks daily, and parking validation. Requirements What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous healthcare scheduling or call center experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. Knowledge of health insurance plans and HIPAA compliance a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Reliable attendance and professional teamwork are essential.
