WORK FOR US! PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking Patient Support Specialists for our West Broad Street Medical health center. Essential Job Responsibilities: Greets patient/customers in a positive and helpful manger with a smile. Provides directions, information, and other assistance as needed. Provides intake/registration of patient in the practice management system. Confirms patient insurance eligibility and/or benefits. Updates patient information, collects co-pays, provides any necessary forms needing completion, and obtains signatures as necessary. Occasional travel required. Other duties or special projects as assigned. Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. One year’s experience in a medical office, customer service or reception, preferably in medical office. Bilingual capabilities a plus.
