Description

What will you do? It is a busy practice and you will be helping people who may be anxious, unwell or who just want a chat. You will: Deal with patient queries from booking appointments to solving problems, whether face to face, over the phone or online. Produce prescriptions and deal with letters into the practice.
Update our clinical system and use it safely to support patient care, dealing with confidential communication, both written and electronically. Support the clinical team with any queries or problems. Open & close the building. Be available to help out or cover for colleagues during absence.
And whatever else may crop up that is reasonable to expect from the team
