Title: Patient Transport Aide Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Transportation Services Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Provides support services to hospital departments for patient transport; picks up and delivers medical records, supplies, medications, blood, and blood products throughout the hospital; escorts patients to hospital departments when requested; provides assistance with patient arrival and departures when required. Starting hourly rate for the Patient Transport Aide is $17.37 per hour which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay reflects the potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience High school diploma or High School Equivalency diploma. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices. Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have Patient care experience, hospital experience and previous patient transport experience.
