The hospital also offers world-class orthopaedics, minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery, lifesaving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor & delivery, and so much more. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Administration, Supervisor, RN, and LPN, the transporter is responsible for providing safe, timely transportation of patients throughout the facility. Providing safety, basic physical care, and comfort measures for patients; as well as maintaining a clean, organized environment. Helps coordinate the flow of patients between nursing, medical and ancillary staff. This is a full time, variable shift position. Qualifications Education: - High School Diploma/GED Licensure/Certification/Registration: - BLS
Responsibilities
The transporter is responsible for the safe and timely movement of patients throughout the hospital facility. They also provide basic physical care and comfort measures while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
