  • Dental Insurance experience (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with CareStack or dental software (a plus)

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage the schedule to ensure smooth patient flow and maximum productivity for the clinical team.
  • Coordinate treatment plans, present financial arrangements, and help patients understand their options.
  • Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in dental software (CareStack experience a plus).
  • Assist patients with billing questions, payment options, and financing arrangements.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care.
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
