Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

Chandlers Ford

£27,000 - £30,000 per year

Full-Time | Permanent

Love sales but want purpose?

Want to earn well while genuinely changing lives?

We’re hiring a confident, people-focused Treatment Coordinator to help patients say yes to life-changing dentistry.

You don’t need a dental background.

If you come from sales or customer service and know how to build trust — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries and the steady, reassuring voice throughout the patient journey.

Your role centres around three key areas:

Lead Management

  • Respond to website, phone and social media enquiries
  • Follow up leads and book consultations
  • Help patients understand treatment options and costs

Patient Journey

  • Guide patients from first enquiry to post-treatment
  • Reassure nervous patients
  • Work closely with clinicians and reception to ensure smooth handovers

Marketing & Growth

  • Support and grow our social media presence
  • Help plan promotions and open days
  • Track enquiries and conversions

No two days are the same.

The Impact

You’ll support nervous patients considering implants and Invisalign, helping them move from uncertainty to excitement.

You’ll celebrate smile transformations as confidence grows.

You’ll be part of moments that genuinely change how people feel about themselves.

This is sales with meaning.

Who This Role Suits

This could be for you if you:

  • Enjoy guiding people through important decisions
  • Feel confident discussing value and investment
  • Are organised and proactive
  • Want autonomy and responsibility
  • Have an interest in marketing or social media
  • Want to help shape and grow a role

No dental background required.

Confidence, empathy and drive are essential.

Growth Opportunity

There’s real opportunity for the right person to help shape this position and carve out their own pathway as we grow.

If you’re ambitious and want to build something — not just fill a role — this is a strong opportunity.

Requirements

  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Dental experience welcome but not essential

Why Join Us?

  • Modern, growing private-focused practice
  • Supportive clinical team
  • Strong enquiry flow
  • Free parking
  • Company pension
  • Birthday off after one year
  • Ongoing development opportunities

Apply Now

If you can build trust, guide patients with care and deliver an exceptional journey — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply with your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you’d thrive in this role.

Pay: From £27,262.95 per year

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Company events
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking

Application question(s):

  • How many years of experience do you have in a sales or customer-facing role?
  • Do you have experience managing or contributing to social media content for a business?
  • Why are you moving away from (or considering leaving) your current role?

Work Location: In person
