The primary role of a patient visit and communication specialist is to get patients to schedule and warmly connect with patients during their time spent in the office. The PCS/PVS should demonstrate a welcoming and approachable disposition to each patient on the phone and in person, providing the best possible ‘first impression’ and overall patient experience in the office. Our busy dental office will keep you motivated while providing a rewarding and exciting career. Requirements While our ideal candidate should have: • 2 years of experience as a front desk receptionist in a dental office. • Excellent communication skills. • Self-motivated Positive 'Can-Do' Attitude. Being ready, available, and willing to get the job done, and done well. • A Team player mindset. • The ability to create a great ‘First Impression’ for patients through professional, friendly, and hospitable interaction. • Excellent phone conversion skills • Knowledge of Open Dental or Dentrix software (preferred) • Excellent time management skills • Demonstrates knowledge of dental terminology, technical skills, and equipment. • Excellent computer skills.
