At Laneway we are looking for an experienced Patisserie chef to join our team and produce cakes and pastries for both of our cafes. Experience in a cafe or independent bakery setting is an advantage but not essential.
We are a fast growing, forward-thinking business who puts the wellbeing of our staff at the forefront what we do.
You will work with management to come up with new and exciting Cake, Traybake, Viennoiserie and Pastry options for us to sell across both cafes. You will be in charge of communicating allergens and use by dates to staff across both locations as well as costing each product accurately to maximise profitability for the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in an independent bakery or cafe setting preferred but enthusiasm and passion for baking a must
• Strong attention to detail and high standards
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
