Raytheon - Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) - Global Patriot Product Line is seeking highly motivated talent to serve as the Patriot Ground Product Line (PL) Proposal Specialist to join a growing team within the Integrated Air & Missile Defense Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). The success candidate will lead review and consolidation inputs across multiple essential proposal artifacts; while working closely with cross-functional teams to include 24/7 Operation groups. What You Will Do Manage proposals and associated cost and pricing reviews Manage program start-up activities through the approval cycle Support the Product Line (PL) Proposal Lead as needed Coordinate proposal status and key action items resolution Manage PL proposal guidelines and processes to ensure alignment across the organization Support development and implementation of proposal process enhancements (i.e. Core projects) Provide capture, costing, investment, and execution related actions Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years relevant experience Experience supporting cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Estimating and Pricing and/or administrative functions The ability to obtain and maintain a US "Secret" level security clearance. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
