Description

Due to increasing demands, this is a rare opportunity for qualified and experienced Automotive Mechanic’s (LV) to join the team of Roadside Patrols delivering invaluable customer service in a full-time capacity throughout the Perth Metro region.

The Job:

Operating on a flexible shift roster between the hours of 6:00am and 11.30pm from Monday to Sunday, the main duties are:

  • Assist members during roadside breakdowns
  • Diagnose, repair, and mobilise vehicles
  • Provide “on the road” solutions
  • Ensure each interaction provides an exceptional experience
  • Work independently with a vehicle, equipment, and technology
  • Show insight into customer needs and identify opportunities that add value

In this role you will be required to start your day from a designated location.
What are we looking for?

You will have:

  • Trade qualification in Automotive Technician and/or Automotive Electrician
  • Exceptional levels of customer service and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated understanding on importance of health and safety
  • Strong technical knowledge on a wide range of vehicle types
  • Fine-tuned diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a high performing team
