LCR Services, a Defense Manufacturer located in Phoenix, AZ is URGENTLY Seeking a Pattern Cutter to operate a Gerber Cutting Machine.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Cutter with Gerber Machine and Software Operation EXPERIENCE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pattern Cutting Machining . The ideal candidate will strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and experience in Pattern Cutting machining or a similar precision environment.
Job Descriptions:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the Gerber cutting system to produce high-precision patterns ensuring accurate and timely delivery of patterns to production.
- Review job specifications to determine set up requirements
- Set up machine based on job specifications and procedures
- Operate cutter machine efficiently and efficiently while maintaining quality outputs
- Monitor machine outputs and ensure machine is operating efficiently.
- Controlling material usage and waste.
- Previous experience in the Textile Manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of cutting process and machines
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good organization skills and leadership skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction
