We are looking for a driven and creative Pattern Maker to join our team working with the Kids customers aged 9-14 years, focusing on Swimwear, Nightwear, Underwear and Socks. This role is key in shaping the fit, silhouette, and technical quality of our products, always with the customer in focus. This is a 9 month full time temporary role based at our Head Office in Stockholm. WHAT YOU’LL DO Create and develop patterns that deliver the desired silhouette, balancing fashion, function, and sustainability. Grade across full size range Ensure the child’s comfort, safety, and movement are considered in every garment Collaborate closely with designers, product developers, and other team members to bring collections to life. Foster strong relationships with production offices and suppliers Work with a variety of materials and qualities, Create and maintain accurate technical packages Drive innovation in technical solutions, fit improvements, and material consumption. WHO YOU ARE We believe you have a curious and flexible, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player with a strong fashion and customer focus. Enjoy working with technical challenges and are passionate about creating garments that kids love to wear. Further, we believe you have: A degree in Pattern Making and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in CAD pattern systems; experience with Lectra Expert and CLO 3D is meriting. A good eye for size, proportions, and grading. Knowledge on Swimwear, Nightwear, Underwear and Socks is meriting Solid knowledge of materials, fabrics, and garment construction. A customer-centric mindset with a clear understanding of, or desire to learn, the 9-14 years target group. A collaborative spirit, you enjoy guiding, involving, and inspiring others A deep understanding of the product development process and production capabilities A strategic and proactive mindset with strong planning and organizational skills A good level of taste and fashion insight Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong salesmanship and entrepreneurial mindset WHO WE ARE H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
