Job Description We are currently looking for two Pattern Makers to join H&M Menswear. Mens assortment is a dynamic workplace where high pace, collaborative mindset, willingness to always improve our product creations are a natural part of our everyday. We are looking for experienced Pattern Makers with strong expertise to create desired silhouettes and maintain good fit in all sizes, always with customer in focus. About the roles The two openings have slightly different focus areas: Pattern Maker – Woven & Accessories Focused primarily on woven bottoms and accessories. Pattern Maker – Knit & Project Products Focused on knitted products and project-based items, ranging from tailor-made garments to underwear. Both roles are full-time role based at our HQ in Stockholm. WHAT YOU’LL DO​ As Pattern Maker, you are accountable for creating, updating, and communicating correct fit and size technical package based on design goals, our customer, fit and size strategies, product type and timeline throughout the product development. Together with the product team, you will secure sustainability and profitability. You will work with diversified silhouettes, different kind of qualities and fun details. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for a driven and flexible Pattern maker, who loves fashion and want to develop and secure best fit and quality for our customer. We believe you are visionary and like to inspire and involve the team to work towards common goals within sustainability, creativity, inclusion & diversity. Degree within Pattern Making and/or at least 3 years of work experience Skilled and passionate working with patterns, fit and technical solutions Strong in working in pattern programs and systems (Lectra, PLM, Illustrator) Previous experience working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems is meriting Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading Good knowledge for materials and fabrics Creative problem solver Self-reliant and independent but also a true team player Effective and structured Flexible and adaptable Prestige-less WHO WE ARE H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
