Thermal Designs UK Ltd are a leading directly coated fire protection specialist. We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable and reliable pattern maker. To work with our team in Market Lavington (Devizes) factory.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of sanding & finishing
• Ability to follow work schedules and plans
• woodworking/cabinet maker skills (desirable)
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Working with resins (preferred)
• Use of hand tools (drill, orbital sanders E.C.T)
• Use of PPE

• Working alongside the production supervisor, and in accordance with the production of new moulds and R&D projects.
• Adhering to Quality standards, internal and customer issued
• Inspecting work.
• Maintain a safe working environment
• High precision moulds manufactured from polyethylene, wood and rubber compounds
• Accurate Shot blasting of customer engineered products
• Conducting procedural tests on production products
• Responsible for understanding and using all test equipment, test fixtures and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship.
• Working within a safe environment, highlighting any incidents or concerns to the production supervisor.
• Supporting all production-related activities to ensure customer expectations.
