JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Paver to join our team, responsible for the installation and maintenance of paving materials in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and be adept at working with a variety of tools and materials. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in the paving industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.

Experience:

• Paving: 1 year (preferred)

• Install, repair, and maintain paving surfaces including driveways, patios, and walkways.
• Prepare surfaces for paving by clearing debris and ensuring proper drainage.
