Mō te tūranga | About the role As a Foreperson in our paving team, you will see yourself responsible for leading a team and driving productivity, whilst ensuring all work is delivered safely on time, within budget and to the highest industry standard. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Planning jobs with the assistance of the supervisor, engineers & manager Dealing with changes as they occur on the job and communicating this effectively to both your team, managers and the client. Maintaining a pro-active approach to Health & Safety, whilst ensuring your team adhere to all policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on the importance of reporting. Developing new team members to help grow a high-performance crew. Setting an example to your peers and striving for excellence.
