An exceptional Pawnbroker achieves a hard-working, productive and effective work result that maximizes financial goals, reduces costs, and elevates customer relations and satisfaction. The Pawnbroker role is responsible for creating a consumer friendly environment that includes but is not limited to: opening and closing cash drawers, merchandising, store maintenance, stocking, pricing, selling, loaning as well as offering assistance to other coworkers. RESPONSIBILITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE: It is the responsibility of the Pawnbroker to facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing any customer issues to meet the high expectations and standards of the company. CODE OF ETHICS: It is the responsibility of the Pawnbroker to ensure that all behaviors are consistent with the companies established Code of Ethics and that all business conducted within the store and their sphere of influence is done in accordance with the companies’ code of ethics. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED: The Pawnbroker works under the direction of store management and is responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned.
