1 Daily monitoring ketat terhadap SLA, Suhu, Cost, Claim 2 Melakukan analisa mendalam terhadap performa SLA, Suhu, Cost, Claim serta penyebab fluktuasinya 3.Memberi rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap SLA, Suhu, Cost dan Claim dari hasil analisa 4.Membuat laporan hasil analisa dan rekomendasi perbaikan setiap hari / minggu / 2 minggu / bulanan / kuartal 5.Melakukan analisa ad hoc sesuai kebutuhan departemen dan perusahaan jika dibutuhkan
