Overview We have an opportunity available for a Pay & Reward Co-ordinator to join our Finance team based at our head office in Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7JB. Please click here for further details about our organisation. Salary: £30,016 per annumHours: 39 weekly , some flexibility in working hours may be considered. Monday - Friday office based with option to work remotely for the majority. Responsibilities We are on the lookout for a Pay & Reward Co-ordinator to join our Pay & Reward function which sits in the wider Finance team. You will support the payroll and pensions function and maintain elements of iTrent , supporting and advising system users and resolving issues. You will ensure that all targets are met to achieve contractual and legislative compliance. We are seeking someone who is willing to lend a helping hand and constantly looking for ways to improve process. You will need to have patience, an understanding nature and active listening skills. For further details and a full Job Description click here Qualifications Candidates must have a NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Business Administration. Previous experience of working a payroll environment and using iTrent HR/Payroll MIS software would be an advantage. You must have strong organisational skills and attention to detail , and have the ability to independently and to strict deadlines.
