As our Pay & Reward Specialist, you will be the trusted expert, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across the UK and Ireland while providing high-quality insights to support our global reward and benefits strategy.
Working closely with the Director of People Excellence, you will deliver operational excellence, maintain payroll and benefits accuracy, and drive new initiatives — from supporting HRIS/payroll system changes, improving process, to contributing to the creation of our Brand’s global rewards and benefits strategy. Our trusted Pay & Reward Specialist will enable strategic decision-making through strong data, reliable processes, and proactive issue resolution.

PENSION & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

  • Support the strategic review of pension schemes by providing data, market comparisons, and operational insights.
  • Administer pension and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service for colleagues.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, escalating and resolving issues to maintain service quality.
  • Proactively seeking out new opportunities for benefits and enhancing colleague experience such as financial wellbeing and wellness.
