Job Description Salary: £23,809.50 per annum Location: London Working Hours: Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 9:00 - 18:30 (37.5 hours) To assist with daily administration tasks to check, validate and process new applications accurately and timely within a set SLA. Working as part of the wider team and ensuring a smooth transition through to delivery; engaging internal colleagues and customers where appropriate. Monitoring team mailboxes for team activities Reviewing new applications Liaising with both customers and sales to resolve any issues or queries on new applications Identifying the need for approvals from senior management and/or compliance Submission of applications to the bank Ensuring customer records are updated accurately Ordering terminals Setting customers terminals via a walk-through transaction Dealing with customer and sales agent queries Carry out ad-hoc assignments when required Qualifications Previous administration experience Customer service skills Able to work independently and as part of the team Keen eye for detail and ability to check own and others work diligently Able to work under pressure and to set deadlines and SLA’s Effective verbal communicator Proficient using MS Office applications Used to working with colleagues at all levels within an organisation Additional Information What are the benefits of working at Daisy?
