The Position 岗位：Payer Innovation Manager/Senior Manager支付创新经理/高级经理工作地：上海您将致力于为罗氏制药与国内商业保险公司建立全面的合作关系，并落地健康险目录、健康险产品内容开发、商业保险增值服务等多维度的合作内容。搭建起罗氏制药在商业保险合作领域完整的生态圈，包括但不限于各类商业保险TPA、各种体制医院、及药品流通企业等。您的机会：与国内头部保司、行业协会、保险TPA、医院及药店等终端保险服务场景建立良好的合作关系；根据罗氏产品特点，协调内外部资源，围绕专病险、复发险、门诊险、惠民险等不同社商及纯商险模式，设计产品，嵌入保险责任，或以增值服务方式体现，达成工作目标；根据要求组织筹办相关学术会议；协助直线经理完成公司及团队的核心业务指标。期待您：具备本科及以上学历，医学、公卫、经济学等相关专业优先拥有同业同职能部门3年以上工作经验；或再保公司、直保公司、保险TPA，产品及两核相关岗位3年以上工作经验；熟悉药品流通行业情况，尤其实体零售及医药电商零售的终端场景，对各类商业逻辑及业务形态有深刻了解；熟悉医疗、医保体系的基本政策，包括分级诊疗、医保支付制度改革等；对公立医疗体系、民营医疗体系的内涵及现状有深刻理解；具备良好的商务沟通能力及一定的行业资源；良好的内驱力及学习能力适应中等及以上频度的差旅（出差频率：25%-50%） Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate. Responsibilities

The Payer Innovation Manager/Senior Manager will establish comprehensive partnerships with domestic commercial insurance companies and develop health insurance product content. They will coordinate internal and external resources to design products and achieve business objectives.
