Audit and update the Micros database with approved changes. Generate a daily Comparison Report on Food & Beverage actual vs. potential costs/sales. Reconcile officer and entertainment expenses, applying credits to respective departments. Analyze General Stores issues, such as guest supplies against budget. Validate recipe accuracy for inventory control and potential costing purposes. Maintain records of untracked inventory transactions, including banquet events, cocktails, and buffets. Audit inventory transactions and make adjustments when needed. Compile and journalize month-end figures. Participate in month-end and stocktaking activities across Food & Beverage and general areas. Processing all payroll related during cut off. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accountancy or equivalent field. At least 2 years of experience in cost control or related field. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Materials Control and Micros software.
